Let’s talk about baseball

This is the scene from the tryouts for baseball. After years of threatening to do it, I finally took the plunge and signed my kids up for baseball this year. The littlest ones are DaBaby and Drama are playing tball, Batman is doing coach pitch and Spidey and Stuntman are minor leaguers. I am only juggling three teams instead of the four I am used to with football, but that isn’t leaving any time for extended vacations in Orlando; we have practice at least three nights a week, plus some Saturday stuff. Can you say busy?
They all love it, though, and Stuntman says he’d rather sign up for “fall ball” than football this autumn. Even though he got hit three times with the ball last night alone. Can we all say “left handed batter”?
