The Good Ghost Carolanne Part II
February 6, 2010 2:17 pm UncategorizedBefore I continue with the story, I need to clarify that Diva was taking a miniclass in Ghost Stories when she wrote them. It’s not that she’s any more morbid than most 14 year old girls. There’s no need for folks to be lining up at POS systems across the nation to buy the child anti-depressants or anything.

“Who is this…beautiful woman?” James asked. “Oh, this is my mother.” James raised his eyebrows, “Oh how nice of you to visit her, but don’t you think you should let her see you? I mean, I let my wife see me all the time”, he said with an evil looking smirk. “I don’t want to scare her”, said Carolanne with a shrug of her pale shoulders. “Oh but scaring people is so fun!” said James. “Oh I don’t thnk so, I hate it when people scream, and it hurts my ears.” She looked at her mother. “But I hate it more when people cry, people should be happy on Christmas”, she said. With a sad smile on her face, she looked over at her mother. “I wish she was happy”, she said. “It’s impossible for everyone to be happy on Christmas!”, he said with an evil grin. “Come with me, I’ll show you what a fun Christmas is.” He grabbed Carolanne by the arm and pulled her through the wall. “Come on”, he said again. “Why? Where are we going, James?” Carolanne squealed, frowning. “We are going to the church, to show those dear people what goes on after death” he said, shaking with an evil laugh. “No, if they see us they will be scared and scream!” said Carolanne. “I don’t want them to scream, I don’t want them to be scared!”. She tried to stop James, but he was too strong and such a powerful ghost; she could do nothing against him. “Please stop!” she cried, but it was too late he pulled them through the door.
They appeared on the platform in front of the church congregation. “BOO” yelled James and all the people screamed. “No don’t scream, please don’t scream”, whimpered Carolanne. “Can’t you people just be happy?”, she asked, but not one person heard her, because of the screaming. Finally James let go of her and she flew away, crying. She flew back to her old house. She flew in the door, but she had forgotten she was visible, her mother screamed when she saw her, “Oh my little girl has come back to haunt me!”
