    That’s kind of like how we make burritos, only no refried beans … yucky. Sometimes I’ll add brown rice for texture.

    White rice is good with this too. Hold the tacos over the rice, so anything you drop lands on the rice. Then eat that after you are through with the tacos :)

    Yummy those sound great! I’ve never thought of adding a can of tomatoes right into the mix, I bet that tastes awesom.

    This sounds like a great dish. I am a big taco fan, but I feel like I often have to put too much effort into it. I am going to have to try this out. Any suggestions besides the post?

    Great tip on the cheese to hold the shell together! I just tried it now and it works!!
    I only like soft shell tacos because I used to find hard shell too messy — but you have changed my taco world :)

    Funny - tacos is the one meal that this family can all agree on! Sounds like maybe yours, too - which is all that much more surprising!
