More on Laundry
May 29, 2007 12:37 pm Getting it DoneA while back, i told you all that I use dish soap in my washing machine, because it is cheap and effective. I just wanted to note that I still stand by that for top-loaders, but if you have a front loader, go with the HE stuff. I’d been using the dish soap after I got my new machine, but I borrowed a bit of the HE stuff from my mom yesterday, and the difference in the way the clothes feel is so extreme that I am rewashing the laundry that’s piled on the couch before we put it away. Yeah, I’m doing extra laundry. It’s just that good.
Hmm, that sounds like a good idea for Tackle it Tuesday, doesn’t it? I just snapped a before shot, and I’ll post it along with the after later this evening.

Extra laundry without puking pyrotechnics or running tooshie bottoms? That must be some nifty detergent! After we move I will be saving pennies to get a front loader washer and dryer set. My washer is on it’s last legs I think, it makes awful noises.
